1. Who we are
BookSynch ("the Service") is operated by Devopzone EOOD, a limited liability company registered in Bulgaria (the "Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Service
BookSynch is a software-as-a-service product that connects to your Stripe account via OAuth (with read-only scope), aggregates your Stripe transaction data into monthly ledger reports, and delivers those reports in formats compatible with QuickBooks and Xero. We do not process payments, store payment card data, or move funds.
3. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business whose Stripe account you connect. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
4. Subscription & billing
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription at the price displayed on our pricing page. We offer a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer the Service, (b) use it to violate any law, (c) attempt to access another user's data, or (d) abuse our infrastructure.
6. Data & privacy
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. We connect to Stripe with the minimum scope necessary (read-only) and never store your Stripe secret keys.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The reports we generate are intended as a tool to assist your accounting workflow, not as a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will revoke our Stripe access and delete your data within 30 days (subject to legal retention requirements).
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your residence apply.
