booksynchTerms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the booksynch mobile application and the booksynch.com website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by the booksynch team (“booksynch”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at zeksirrtg@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the credentials you use to sign in and for the activity under your account. Keep your login secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. You may sign out or delete your account at any time from within the app.
4. The Service
booksynch is a personal planner that lets you organize projects and tasks, set start dates and deadlines, create recurring tasks, checklists and reminders, and review your week. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
5. Subscriptions and payments
- booksynch offers optional premium features through an auto-renewing subscription sold via the Apple App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You manage, cancel, and view your subscription in your Apple ID settings. You can restore an existing purchase from within the app.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
6. Your content
Your projects, tasks, notes, and other content are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, sync, and display that content to you across your devices as part of operating the Service. We do not sell your content and we do not use it for advertising.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it by unauthorized means, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it to break any law or infringe others' rights.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by booksynch and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — please keep your own backups of anything important.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, booksynch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms or where required to protect the Service or comply with law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at booksynch's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
